Heart Breath Awakening Breathwork
As the caterpillar enters the chrysalis to emerge as a beautiful butterfly, so we enter the beautiful space of the breath, to emerge transformed and reborn, ready to live in a better way, letting go of old stories and embracing a wonderful future. When a caterpillar becomes a butterfly, it goes through a metamorphosis. An idea, or way of being in our human experience can also undergo metamorphosis, or metamorphosize. Such as our ability to catalyse change and transformation with the power of the BREATH. Releasing of old patterns of stuck behaviour, blocked emotions, self limiting beliefs and so much more. The breath is the master liberator!
